I have an idea and I love dogs, but what do I need to do to get started. I have a location, vendors, a marketing plan, and an investor. Please help

First you need to decide on a business type, (LLC or Corp). Then register the business with the state you are in and get your self a federal EIN. After that is completed it's time to get a back account and get the rest of the internal operations set-up. Contact a local account, business consultant, or lawyer to help you with fillings if you need. If not just keep asking questions and we can help.
